Jim Strasman as Design Architect for Arthur Erickson Architects

This historically significant project incorporated a five storey centre building constructed in the 1930’s and saw the construction of two towers and the first atrium, twelve stories tall, in Canada. The construction was phased, the centre building occupied during construction and the security concerns complex.
The project required presentations to the National Capital Commission Design Review Panel. Involvement included full architectural services, on site construction review and interior design services.
