A Transit Oriented Community (TOC) in Breslau, Ontario, this Master Plan was developed for 34 acres adjacent to the Owner’s property. The Owner has been in discussion with Metrolinx about the feasibility of developing a GO Station on the site. In support of the discussions, Strasman worked with the Owner to develop and test schemes to accommodate a GO station on the site that was fully integrated with immediate and future development of a community that included residential, mixed-use, commercial and retail, along with the anchoring GO Station.
