Providing Goods & Services to People with Disabilities

Strasman Architects Inc is committed to excellence in serving all our customers. For customers with disabilities, we will ensure our practices and procedures are consistent with the principles of independence, dignity, integration and equality of opportunity according to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

We endeavour to communicate with our Customers in an efficient and friendly manner that is respectful of their needs and of those who may require the use of their assistive devices. Strasman Architects’ building is not completely barrier-free and has no assistive devices on site, however, prior communication will help us interact and assist people who require further information and who use their own assistive devices. Service animals and support people are welcome.

Strasman Architects Inc will train associates who have contact with the public according to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and will also be trained on an ongoing basis when changes are made to these policies, practices and procedures.

We are committed to developing customer service policies that respect and promote the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, in accordance with AODA.
