The Bramalea Bus Garage is a bus maintenance facility for GO Transit and accommodates indoor vehicle storage, automatic vehicle wash, vehicle maintenance bay, administrative and operations support spaces, staff amenities including a fitness room. The project received LEED Gold Certification from the Canada Green Building Council in May 2012.
The project was delivered through Design-Build with Buttcon Construction Ltd.

The project implemented CEPTED site design, traffic separation site circulation, day lighting strategies, and ultilized sustainable building materials and systems for better building durability and life cycle.
The vehicle storage accommodates 42 buses with 58 parking spaces for staff and visitors.
