The expansion to the existing Holiday Inn in Sarnia included a new five-storey tower with 70 rooms, featuring jacuzzi suites, extend-a-stay suites and business suites. Other additions included a business centre, three meeting rooms, a new restaurant, a new bar, a new Porte Cochere, and an additional 3,000 sf of ballroom space. The hotel remained operational during construction.
