The facility, designed to include a full-service kitchen server, two dining areas, shipping and receiving and a Bookstore, required self-contained mechanical and electrical systems and the site design included stormwater management provisions. The facility was designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification from the Canada Green Building Council and comply with full Campus goals.
