Strasman was responsible for developing a master plan that included Phases 5 through 9 of the Mariner Village Condominiums’ development. The development is situated on a waterway off of the St. Clair River. Phase 5 is a 40-unit condominium townhouse development that reuses the foundations for a parking garage that had been abandoned for fourteen years.
The units range in size from one bedroom to two bedrooms with study plus loft and are organized to take advantage of the views of the water.
