YRT Richmond Hill Centre Bus Terminal Kiosk

The Richmond Hill Centre Terminal Kiosk is a 1,900sf building constructed on the existing bus platform at the Richmond Hill Centre Terminal in Richmond Hill. The Kiosk provides support to York Region Transit internal departments such as customer service, bus operations, marketing, and finance. The kiosk also includes a customer service convenience section which provides coffee, newspapers, and other general items for passengers. The facility also includes an enclosed passenger waiting area with clear visibility of the bus terminal. The project is fully accessible and in accordance with CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) principles.

Strasman Architects is a sub-consultant to a multi-disciplined engineering firm and responsible for the development of the architectural design concept, detailed architectural design, and contract administration of the architectural scope.
